Details of the Job/Internship

Informatica is hiring a Legal Analyst with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join their Legal Department in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review global contracts, including NDAs, RFPs, and vendor questionnaires.
• Assist in vendor contractual negotiations, including Data Processing Agreements (GDPR compliance) and marketing/sponsorship agreements.
• Support legal operations through research, document collation, and contract administration.
• Participate in privacy request assessments and compliance checks.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines in all assigned tasks.

Eligibility

• B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. graduates from 2021–2023 with 60% aggregate and no standing arrears.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in commercial contractual negotiations or data protection issues preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in following instructions, delivering accurate work, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
