Details of the Job/Internship

Informatica is hiring for the position of Legal Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities:

• Review global contracts such as NDAs, RFPs, vendor questionnaires, and standard agreements.
• Provide administrative support including legal research, document organization, and contract tracking.

With Training & Experience:

• Assist in vendor negotiations, data processing agreements (GDPR compliance), and marketing/sponsorship contracts.
• Support triaging of privacy requests and compliance checks managed by the Legal Shared Services team.

Eligibility

• Education: B.A. LL.B, B.Com. LL.B, or B.B.A. LL.B, graduating in 2023 or 2024.
• Academic Requirements: 60% aggregate and no standing arrears.
• Experience: 6 months–2 years of prior exposure to contract negotiation or data protection (preferred, not mandatory).
