Lawvek is hiring a Legal Analyst to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents and prepare contracts.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams to translate legal workflows into product solutions.
- Analyze real-world use cases and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to building practical, user-focused legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in law and legal principles.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and contractual agreements.
- Proficiency in US-based contracts is mandatory.
- Enterprise experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills for legal research and case analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with AI or technology-supported legal tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
