Details of the Job/Internship

Legacy Partners(LP) is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Analyst with 1 year of experience to join them at their office in Kozhikode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the client's business.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Review and analyze legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage legal databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist with legal and regulatory filings and submissions.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 1 years of experience.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including contract law, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
