Role and Responsibilities
- Review, vetting and drafting of agreements and advising the commercial teams towards management and mitigation of legal and contractual risk for business transactions across region.
- Research and advisory on legal provisions to address questions from business teams.
- Assistance in formulating compliance checklists to monitor and manage legal & compliance risks across the region. Follow up with business teams to update compliance status and highlight exceptions.
- Assistance in maintenance and Updation of central database of agreement templates across the region.
- Assistance in maintaining statutory registers, secretarial records of legal entities across the APZ region.
- Assistance in litigation and recovery proceedings, to ensure cost protection for the regional entities.
Eligibility
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of Experience.
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LLB.
Other Competencies:
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of commercial transactions.
- Ability to work in teams and extend cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
