Details of the Job/Internship
Gallagher Mohan is hiring a Legal Analyst with at least 5 years of commercial real estate legal experience to support U.S. real estate transactions and operations, working remotely from New Delhi in EST/PST shifts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review purchase-sale agreements, REAs/OEAs, leases, licenses, and title and survey matters.
- Prepare letters, notices, waivers, and landlord-tenant correspondence.
- Track tenant litigation, including bankruptcy, eviction, and breach of contract.
- Draft and finalize tenant estoppels, SNDAs, and waivers.
- Manage legal files, checklists, trackers, and KPIs.
- Provide responsive support to internal teams and tenants.
Eligibility
- U.S. Attorney or Certified Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of CRE legal experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (JD/Paralegal Certification preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with legal document management systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proactive team player, adaptable, with familiarity in Yardi (preferred).
