Details of the Job/Internship
Rightsline Software, Inc. is hiring a Legal Analyst with 2 years of experience in the legal field to join its Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interpret and ingest contract terms in RightsLogic, Rightsline, and Alliant UIs.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to manage contract-related services.
- Evaluate business requirements for contract lifecycle management and provide solutions.
- Track, document, and deliver assigned projects while managing risks and escalations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Engage with engineering, product, and QA teams for timely delivery of initiatives.
- Provide training to customers and support change management.
Eligibility
- LLB degree required; additional bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience.
- Strong skills in contract interpretation and ingestion.
- Familiarity with North American or Media and Entertainment contracts preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
