Details of the Job/Internship

StoneX is hiring a Legal Analyst with 3-6 years of legal experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

Review documents for legal and factual relevance, privilege, and special concepts.
Deliver document review services for litigation solutions across global delivery centers.
Conduct QC and QA of large volumes of litigation documents with accuracy.
Assess review guidelines and their impact on documents.
Maintain SOP compliance and prepare decision logs.
Escalate issues in a timely manner and manage matter workflows.
Provide protocol training to team members.
Attend mandatory and additional trainings.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum 6 years of legal experience.
At least 3 years’ experience with large law firms or corporate legal departments.
Strong knowledge of document review, eDiscovery (Relativity), and incident response.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and review tools like Relativity.
