StoneX Group Inc. is hiring a Legal Analyst with experience of 6 years to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review documents for factual relevance, legal privilege, and specific concepts based on customer instructions.
- Execute Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) on large volumes of complex litigation documents.
- Identify and assess the impact of review guidelines on various legal documents.
- Ensure all projects strictly adhere to the company's standard operating procedures.
- Draft decision logs and manage timely escalations of critical issues to senior stakeholders.
- Manage workflows for various matters to maintain a consistent understanding of the subject matter.
- Provide protocol training to the team and facilitate mandatory certification courses.
- Support the legal department during incident responses and regulatory investigations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- Minimum 6 years of total legal experience, with at least 3 years in a large law firm or corporate legal department.
- Prior hands-on experience with document review, eDiscovery, and incident response.
- Technical proficiency in review tools like Relativity is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work accurately and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
