Details of the Job/Internship
StoneX is hiring a Legal Analyst with 6 Years of experience to join its Document Review team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review documents for relevance, privilege, and special legal concepts based on client instructions.
- Handle document review services for litigation and regulatory investigations.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in large-scale document reviews.
- Identify the implications of review guidelines and escalate issues as needed.
- Draft decision logs and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage project workflows and maintain consistent understanding among team members.
- Conduct quality checks and provide protocol training to team members.
- Participate in mandatory and optional training sessions for skill enhancement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Prior experience in document review, eDiscovery (Relativity), and incident response.
- Proficiency in MS Office and review tools such as Relativity.
