Details of the Job/Internship
The ArthAum Group is hiring a Legal Analyst to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, analysing contractual agreements, and supporting legal and regulatory compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents.
- Analyse contractual agreements.
- Support legal and regulatory compliance processes.
- Conduct legal research and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of legal processes.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal concepts and strong understanding of laws, with experience in contractual agreements.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating complex legal information and problem-solving.
- Expertise in legal document preparation and drafting of contracts and agreements.
- Strong communication skills for conveying legal information and interacting with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate law is an advantage.
