Details of the Job/Internship
Lubrizol is hiring a Legal Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support its Ethics and Compliance and Corporate Governance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting ethics and compliance initiatives, including onboarding and review of sales agents and distributors.
- Preparing and reviewing agreements related to ethics and compliance matters.
- Forming and maintaining legal entities and branch offices.
- Preparing minutes, consents, powers, and documentation for director and officer changes.
- Assisting with intercompany transactions, including contributions, distributions, loans, purchases, sales, and cash management activities.
- Drafting intercompany transaction documents.
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions through due diligence, document review, data room management, and post-closing activities.
- Collaborating with the treasury department to establish domestic and international bank accounts.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance and transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
