Details of the Job/Internship
Versuni is hiring a Legal Analyst with 7–8 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting, negotiation, and execution of various business contracts.
- Managing litigation by coordinating with internal teams and external lawyers.
- Drafting legal notices, letters, and responses.
- Conducting legal research and tracking statutory developments.
- Ensuring compliance under Legal Metrology laws and ASCI guidelines.
- Advising on labour laws, POSH compliance, privacy, IT, and data protection laws.
- Conducting POSH and Code of Conduct trainings across the organization.
- Negotiating and executing real estate contracts.
- Handling secretarial documentation including notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Filing statutory forms with ROC and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Coordinating with RTA, NSDL, CDSL, auditors, and other authorities.
- Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Managing trust-related compliances and CSR projects.
- Preparing presentations and arranging Board and Shareholders’ meetings.
- Managing vendor payments, purchase orders, and agreement executions.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary and LLB.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in listed company secretarial affairs.
