Details of the Job/Internship

CLSA is hiring a Legal and Compliance Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join its Compliance team in Pune, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, red-line, and vet NDAs, engagement letters, SOWs, work orders, agreement amendments, and termination letters.
• Clarify and resolve contractual queries.
• Monitor leavers’ emails to prevent leakage of confidential information.
• Perform checks on investment banking transactions and deals.
• Support the legal team and assist senior lawyers as required.
• Assist the IBK compliance team with sponsor independence email checks.
• Escalate data leakage incidents to the monitoring team for further review.
• Track and document staff compliance training across locations.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal or compliance experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Asia Pacific regions.
• Good interpersonal, investigative, and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Salary/Stipend
