Details of the Job/Internship
Triveni Group is hiring a Legal and Compliance Assistant to join their Kathmandu office in a full-time, on-site role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining compliance documentation.
- Supporting the legal and finance teams in daily operations.
- Providing analytical support and preparing reports.
- Managing communications.
- Assisting with legal research and documentation.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and knowledge of relevant industry laws.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting legal documents and financial data.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of law with the ability to conduct legal research and draft documentation.
- Basic knowledge of finance to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance role is an advantage.
