Details of the Job/Internship
Climeto is hiring a Legal and Compliance Executive to join their office in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage EPR SIMP clients and provide complete support to PIBO clients, including consultation, data preparation, and registration assistance.
- Maintain and update all client documents, certificates, registrations, and compliance trackers.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as Agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor forms, RTIs, and other corporate documentation.
- Draft replies, formal letters, and government communications for EPR notices, queries, and compliance issues.
- Handle trademark updates, tender submissions, bidding papers, proposals, and supporting legal documentation.
- Conduct research on EPR rules, government guidelines, industry updates, blogs, articles, and regulatory changes.
- Verify EPR-related content prepared by the digital marketing team before publication.
- Share guideline updates, circulars, notifications, and compliance alerts with clients and internal teams.
- Manage government portals including Udhampur portal, XGN, IEMS, and other EPR/SIMP-related systems.
- Prepare presentations, case studies, proposal decks, webinar content, and conduct internal content audits.
- Maintain complete documentation of all letters, notices, filings, submissions, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities, recyclers, PROs, vendors, and external agencies.
- Track changes in EPR rules and ensure timely communication to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all compliance and documentation tasks.
Eligibility
- BA LLB, LLB, or LLM with specialisation in Corporate Law.
- Strong drafting, documentation, compliance, and regulatory coordination skills.
- Must work onsite, commute to location, and be available to join immediately.
- Strictly non-litigation role.
Salary/Stipend
