Details of the Job/Internship

Gulf Researcher is currently seeking a Legal and Compliance Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience for their Gurugram location. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join their esteemed team and contribute to their commitment to delivering tailored research solutions with precision and diligence.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing applicable laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with these.
• Maintaining and reviewing all contracts and agreements.
• Reviewing and advising on all documentation that has legal implications for the company.
• Ensuring that all regulatory permits are current and appropriate for business needs.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining relationships with relevant legal bodies and trade associations.
• Handling other internal/external legal matters.
• Administering and maintaining a database of legal documents and agreements.
• Drafting policies and procedures related to legal function.

Eligibility

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law or any related field.
• Expected 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed to maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure.
