Details of the Job/Internship
Shovona Hospitality & Restaurants LLP is hiring a Legal and Compliance Executive to join its office in the Greater Kolkata Area. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, managing compliance frameworks, and supporting the organisation on legal and risk-related matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the organisation’s compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing and monitoring compliance frameworks and processes.
- Identifying, analysing, and addressing potential legal and compliance risks.
- Preparing legal documents and reviewing contracts.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance across functions.
- Providing legal guidance to management on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities, as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and law.
- Knowledge or experience in legal or compliance work in real estate or a related industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
