Details of the Job/Internship
PivotRoots is hiring a Legal and Compliance Intern for its office in Andheri (E) for a duration of 3–6 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Maintain and organize legal and compliance documentation and databases.
- Support in monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Help in preparing compliance checklists and tracking statutory deadlines.
- Assist in due diligence processes for vendors, clients, and partners.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (LLB/LLM) or related legal studies.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of Contract laws and Corporate law.
