Details of the Job/Internship

D. E. Shaw India Private Limited is hiring a Specialist – Legal – Legal and Compliance (IP) with 2–3 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements such as event contracts, engagement letters, and NDAs
• Collaborate with attorneys from global offices on agreements and miscellaneous legal projects

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2–3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in independently managing contract lifecycles.
