Details of the Job/Internship

Astrotalk is hiring a Legal Compliance Manager with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a legal and compliance framework in adherence to Indian and international laws.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and SLAs.
• Manage legal disputes, consumer complaints, and regulatory inquiries.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
• Provide legal guidance to business teams.
• Develop and conduct legal and compliance training sessions.
• Create and update internal legal and compliance guidelines and SOPs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university in India.
• Master’s degree (LL.M.) or other relevant certifications (e.g., Company Secretary) is a plus.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in a legal or compliance role.
• Preference for candidates with experience in a tech startup, e-commerce, or online services company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High degree of ethics, integrity, and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
