Details of the Job/Internship
Fi Money is hiring a Legal and Compliance Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor, partner, technology, marketing, and employment agreements.
- Support NBFC and lending operations through loan documentation, co-lending agreements, and regulatory coordination.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, data protection laws, and consumer finance frameworks.
- Work with product, finance, and compliance teams to assess legal risks in product launches and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with external counsel on corporate, IP, litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Support due diligence and corporate governance activities.
- Develop internal processes and templates for streamlined contract and compliance management.
- Monitor and interpret RBI, SEBI, NBFC, and data privacy regulations.

Eligibility
- 5–8 years of experience, preferably combining law firm and in-house exposure in fintech/NBFC/startup environments.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, RBI guidelines, consumer lending, and data privacy laws.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and operational coordination skills.
- Ability to provide business-oriented legal solutions and work independently.
