Details of the Job/Internship
EazyDiner Private Limited is hiring a Legal and Compliance Officer with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Prepare and record accurate minutes for Board and General Meetings.
- Manage timely filing of ROC returns and statutory forms on the MCA portal.
- Handle Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) returns and Form FC-GPR filings.
- Provide legal advisory on employment law, intellectual property, and commercial transactions.
- Coordinate with consulting firms and stakeholders for merger-related activities.
- Develop and implement internal company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities to address filing queries and compliance issues.
- Maintain an organized system for contract management and legal record-keeping.
Eligibility
- Mandatory: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Added Advantage: Graduate in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using the MCA portal and compliance-related software.
- Strong knowledge of FEMA regulations and secretarial practices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Requirement: Must be able to start immediately.
