Artha Energy Resources is hiring a Legal and Compliance Officerto join their office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage corporate legal and compliance matters.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and contracts.
• Identify and resolve legal and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate regulatory risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Additional certification in corporate law or compliance is advantageous.
• Prior experience in the energy or renewable energy sector is preferred.
