Details of the Job/Internship

ResMed is hiring a Legal and Compliance Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise on advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws.
• Support corporate governance and internal compliance policies.
• Coordinate with global legal and IP teams on international compliance.
• Manage regulatory filings and compliance programs.
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and support policy development.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal and compliance experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High ethical standards and professional judgment.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Salary/Stipend
