Details of the Job/Internship
Rainmaker is hiring a Legal and Compliance with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Consultant will be groomed as a trainer in all relevant subjects related to compliance. They will contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training programs for clients, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Consultant will create high-quality content for various mediums, including but not limited to blogs, research papers, social media, learning management systems (LMS), and ad hoc assignments. The content will be accurate, relevant, and engaging to the target audience. Additionally, the Consultant will offer guidance and support to other members of the legal function in content development.
- The Consultant will conduct comprehensive legal research to analyze legal issues and provide guidance to the team at Rainmaker on legal matters and/or queries. They will stay updated with relevant case law, statutes, and regulatory changes that may affect the organization.
- Market research will be conducted by the Consultant to understand the current and prospective clients' needs and regulatory requirements. Based on the research findings, the provider will develop compliance products and solutions that align with market demands and meet regulatory standards, assisting the client in achieving compliance objectives.
- The Consultant will manage external member services on behalf of the client, ensuring that these services adhere to the organization's standards and expectations. They will establish and foster positive relationships with external service providers and all involved stakeholders, effectively resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the engagement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
