Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Contracts with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and draft customer and supplier contracts.
• Assist in negotiating favorable contractual terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple contracts and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor contract lifecycle, including renewals and updates.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyze contractual data and provide informed recommendations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related areas.
