Details of the Job/Internship

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Contracts with 0–2 years of experience to work from their Ahmedabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and draft customer and supplier contracts related to construction and design projects.
• Assist in negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate legal risks.
• Manage and maintain contractual documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of contract management, including renewals and updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve contract-related issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of experience in contract management, legal writing, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
