Details of the Job/Internship
The Institute of Project Management is hiring a Legal and HR Coordinator with 5+ years of experience in the legal sector to join their remote team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
- Provide practical legal and regulatory advice across business functions.
- Manage compliance policies, procedures, and governance matters.
- Handle IP-related tasks, including trademark and copyright protection.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Identify legal risks and provide solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with administrative HR duties.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the legal sector with exposure to HR tasks.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and IPR.
- Familiarity with GDPR or equivalent data protection regulations.
- Prior HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, or compliance is mandatory.
- Knowledge of project management is an added advantage.
