LTG Infrastructure Limited is hiring for the position of Legal and Liasioning Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigations and disputes before Civil Courts and other forums.
- Interpret and apply case laws effectively in relevant matters.
- Manage matters related to Land Acquisition, Land Reforms, Land Revenue, and other related legislations.
- Represent the company in contract cases and proceedings before Civil Courts, District Courts, KIADB, and KSPCB.
- Liaise with advocates, government agencies, and departments for timely actions and resolution of legal issues.
- Conduct title verification and prepare due diligence reports for properties.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, agreements, MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, GPAs, sale deeds, conveyances, and related instruments.
- Coordinate with landowners/farmers, procure revenue records and title documents, and manage property-related documentation.
- Oversee property registration processes with the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar.
- Provide legal advice to various departments and keep them updated on latest legal amendments, case laws, and notifications.
- Monitor statutory compliances across departments and prepare periodic MIS reports.
Eligibility
- Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in Real Estate & Construction).
- Qualification: Graduate / LLB.
