Sky Pharma is hiring a Legal and Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer with 0–3 years of experience to join its offices in Kyiv, Bangalore, or Dubai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and format contracts, MoUs, and business correspondence ensuring legal accuracy.
- Provide legal advice and coordinate communication between departments and external entities.
- Prepare board materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and confidential records.
- Support meetings with legal partners, consultants, and government agencies.
- Manage timelines related to compliance, renewals, and filings.
- Handle personal and administrative tasks to support the CEO’s daily activities.
- Coordinate calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law or Legal Studies.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian or French is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
