TNC is hiring a Legal and Strategic Development Associate to join them in Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategic Development:
- Drive strategic partnerships, identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders to foster growth.
- Utilize technical expertise to analyze, develop, and implement effective business strategies.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to corporate laws, governance standards, and industry regulations.
- Provide legal counsel on compliance matters, contracts, and corporate policies.
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Oversee the intellectual property portfolio, ensuring trademarks, copyrights, and patents are properly managed.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop frameworks to address legal and compliance risks.
- Assist in internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the legal and strategic teams to ensure alignment of business goals and legal frameworks.
Eligibility
- 1-2 years with expertise in.
- Corporate Law and Corporate Governance.
- Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, copyrights).
- Legal Drafting (contracts, agreements, legal documents).
- Strategic Partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Legal Compliance and risk mitigation.
