Details of the Job/Internship
Fujitsu is offering a 36-month Legal Apprenticeship in Pune for fresh law graduates (2022–2025 batch).
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting and review of commercial contracts and legal agreements under senior supervision.
- Conduct legal research on emerging technology laws, data privacy, and corporate regulations.
- Support the legal team in maintaining corporate governance records and compliance trackers.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and briefs for internal business stakeholders.
- Manage and organize the repository of legal documents and version controls.
- Help in identifying legal risks associated with IT service delivery and vendor management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like HR and Finance for statutory legal requirements.
- Participate in internal audits to ensure adherence to global and local compliance standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB - 3 Year or BSL LLB - 5 Year) from an AICTE-approved or equivalent recognized institute.
- Graduation year must be between 2022 and 2025.
- Must possess a valid degree certificate.
- Must NOT be currently registered on the NATS portal with any other organization.
- Must NOT have previous apprenticeship experience under any other organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and research skills are essential.
