Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Ltd is hiring a Legal Area Manager with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate and engage with External Vendors to scrutinize property titles.
• Possess expertise in property title chains, property laws and mortgage laws with vetting of Original Property Papers.
• Formulate region specific policies pertaining to collateral and devise streamlined & effective processes for legal assessment.
• External Vendor management.
• Conduct regular training sessions at Branch for legal process & Resolving queriesraised by Sales/Credit/Business/Operations team.
• Audit Resolutions for Internal Audit Department.
• Process Training for New Employees (Pan India/State Level).
• Track, Maintain OTC / PDD for timely closure.
• Detect and analyse gaps in case of any frauds related to property documents.
• Physically visit the authorities for verification of collateral.

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 3 to 5 years.
