Details of the Job/Internship

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is hiring Legal- Area Manager with the experience of 6+ years to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• To attend and advice secured lending departments (Including Housing and MSE) on queries/matters pertaining to the provisions of state specific Mortgage issues, Property Laws.
• To attend, advice & Scrutinize documentation pertaining to secured lending, assisting the Business team on Search reports, Mortgages and transactions related to mortgages.
• To interact and liaison with Panel Advocates for speedy disposal of reports.
• Visiting SRO office for Registration and creation of Mortgages.
• Assist the business/Credit in registering Mortgages wherever necessary.
• To prepare and vet underwriting documents for loan creation and security perfection

Eligibility

• LLB 3 Years/5 Years
• Post qualification experience 6+ Years in Legal team of a Bank/HFC/NBFC
