RK e-ADR Federation is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act and established with a non-profit mandate to serve the broader interests of society. The organization is dedicated to resolving legal disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, including Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation, for Government Ministries, Departments, Organizations, and Public Sector Undertakings. It offers a professional and efficient institutional environment in both online and offline modes in a time-bound and cost-effective manner. RK e-ADR Federation aims to grow as a premier global ADR center by offering efficient, technology-driven dispute resolution mechanisms. The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provides a cost-effective and accessible solution with fully administered options including Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, and facilitated negotiation. The federation combines expertise with cutting-edge technology to ensure fair, fast, and cost-effective resolutions.

RK e-ADR Federation presents “Legal Article Writing Competition – 2025.” Participants may select from the following topics:

• The Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita & Smart Justice: A Paradigm Shift or Just a Makeover?
