Details of the Job/Internship

Alternis Ita (AI) Legal Partners is hiring a Legal Assessment Intern for a duration of 3–6 months. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal practice through a structured program, allowing law students and recent graduates to work on live legal matters, develop core legal skills, and understand the intersection of law, business, and technology. Stipend is as per market standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and drafting of legal opinions, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Support contract review and due diligence processes.
• Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions (where appropriate).
• Conduct regulatory research and compliance assessments.
• Prepare board resolutions, incorporation documents, and regulatory filings.
• Gain exposure to investment transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.

Eligibility

Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB.
