Details of the Job/Internship
LogicizeIP is inviting law students to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing patent and trademark applications, oppositions, and case files.
- Conduct legal research on IP statutes, case laws, and international treaties.
- Support IP due diligence processes for internal and client-facing projects.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, assessments, and client reports.
- Prepare case summaries, legal notices, responses, and replies.
- Maintain internal IPR databases, case tracking sheets, and documentation logs.
- Participate in internal training sessions, client calls, or briefings as needed.
- Assist in reviewing legal documentation for compliance and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Foundational knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and design laws.
- Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
