Vantage Law Advisors is inviting law students to join their office in Noida.
- Mode: Hybrid – Work remotely and from the office as required
- Duration: Full-time internship
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and business laws.
- Assist in drafting legal agreements and documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and team members.
- Provide comprehensive legal assistance and support to the team.
Eligibility
- Pursuing LL.B. (final semester) or recent law graduates.
- Strong interest in corporate law, start-ups, and investment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of business laws such as the Companies Act and Contract Law.
