Volody is hiring a Legal Assessment Intern to join their office in Goregaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and preparing legal documents.
• Analyze legal risks in contracts.
• Conduct legal research on relevant issues.
• Support the legal team in assessments.
• Collaborate with other departments for compliance and documentation.
• Contribute to improving internal contract management processes.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal consulting practices.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and provide recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Law or a related field.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools is a plus.
