Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HR operations processes.
- Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and IT contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and IT regulations.
- Advise on legal implications of company contracts and operations.
- Collaborate with management to streamline HR and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits when required.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of IT company law, contracts, and compliance management.
- Strong HR operations experience with exposure to legal processes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
