Details of the Job/Internship
Clause and Cause Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Assistant Intern (currently pursuing or recently completed a degree) to join their office in a remote setup.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, including various contracts and agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal research on assigned topics and provide summarized findings.
- Help organize and maintain case files, internal records, and legal documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, follow-ups, and data management.
- Support communication efforts with clients and internal teams as required.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in alignment with basic legal and compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B./B.A. LL.B.) or a related field.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and documentation standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively in a remote environment.
- Interest in legal research and drafting.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with legal systems in India, the USA, or EMEA regions.
