Details of the Job/Internship
Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant (Trainee) – LPO with experience of 0–1 year to join its office in Sector 63, H Block, Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, discoveries, complaints, and responses.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparation of trial documents.
- Manage pre to post-litigation processes.
- Draft, review, and vet litigation documents.
- Perform administrative tasks, legal research, document review, and case management.
- Understand and apply federal and state laws across jurisdictions including the U.S., U.K., Australia, Europe, and Canada.
- Manage calendaring tasks, scheduling, and legal deadlines.
- Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in litigation or recent graduates can apply.
- Excellent drafting, research, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of U.S. Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Civil Law, and Contract Management preferred.
- Confident, detail-oriented, and technically sound.
