Details of the Job/Internship
Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant (Legal Process Outsourcing) with experience of 6+ months in the corporate legal domain to join their office in Noida, Sector 63 (H Block), for the night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare various legal documents, including motions, discoveries, and responses.
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of trial documents.
- Initiate and manage pre-litigation processes.
- Draft and vet litigation documents, including complaints.
- Understand and apply federal and state laws across US jurisdictions.
- Collaborate on cases involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
- Manage calendaring tasks, scheduling, and legal deadlines.
- Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in corporate legal work.
- Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in contract management is preferable.
