Details of the Job/Internship
Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 6+ months to join their office in Noida Sector 63.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, discovery, responses, and complaints.
- Conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation.
- Initiate and manage pre-litigation processes.
- Draft and vet litigation documents.
- Apply federal and state laws across multiple jurisdictions including the US, UK, Europe, and Canada.
- Collaborate on cases involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and legal deadlines.
- Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a law firm or recent graduates may apply.
- Excellent drafting, research, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in US immigration, personal injury, family law, civil law, or contract management is preferred.
- Self-commute required.
