Details of the Job/Internship

Simplilearn is hiring Legal Assistant Manager for Litigation Assistant with the experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Practically worked on National Consumer Helpline grievances, managed the NCH portal with suitable responses as per internal root cause analysis End-to-end handling including written statements drafting,
• Settlement documentation [drafting appropriate response based on root cause analysis including managing the Adobe software for signing] for all Consumer Disputes
• Litigation Management - track next hearing dates, manage weekly litigation updates internally, coordinate for case documents with external counsels
• Legal notices prep & responses.
• Criminal, law & order, coordinating with police on consumer complaints
• Design legal solutions for ambiguous business areas, frauds, cheating, criminal breach of trust & and when multiple issues & multiple parties are involved.
• Cyber crime-related reporting knowledge and process of complaining
• Vendor and facilities contracts drafting & and review.
• Preferably fluent in Kannada to engage with local police
• Fluent working experience with MS Office, excel tracking
• Document Repository

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 4 to 6 years.
