Details of the Job/Internship

Pleasure Spaces (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Assistant Manager with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and standards.
• Advise Department Head/management on legal implications of company strategies, projects, and decisions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in property laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including leases, joint venture agreements, construction agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with company interests and maintain accurate records.
• Handle due diligence, title verification, and documentation for property transactions.
• Manage conveyancing, registration, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for property matters.
• Manage and resolve disputes involving vendors and contractors.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage litigation strategies.
• Identify legal risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Develop policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure statutory filings and approvals.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, property documents, and licenses.
• Develop and enforce document control policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
• 2–6 years of experience in real estate, construction, or property law.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and contract law.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to undertake both office and field work.

Salary/Stipend
