Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is hiring Legal Assistant Manager with the experience of 4 years to join their office in Karnataka.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting, finalizing and executing contracts and related documents.
- Providing general corporate advisory to management keeping in line with the business of the company.
- Preparing check lists and standardizing formats to reduce turnaround time.
- Reviewing the aspects affecting the company for bidding of a new project under PPP model.
- Liaise with external counsels for Legal opinions and expert advice.
- Provide monthly reports and MIS to management.
Eligibility
- LLB
- 4 + years of experience.
