Details of the Job/Internship

PropertyPistol is looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant Manager - Legal with 1 to 3 years of experience to join them at their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager will handle legal matters, including preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing ongoing litigation.
• Key responsibilities also include addressing legal affairs, providing guidance on legal issues, and working closely with various departments to safeguard the company's operations and interests.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in contract review, drafting and advisory, including Legal Compliance and handling Legal issues.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting of legal notice, reply to the notice, manage all the litigation and reporting to the management.
• Good knowledge of legal regulations and laws related to real estate and civil laws. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (BA.LL.B/LLB/LLM) 
• 1-3 years post-qualification experience in any corporate legal team or law firm based out of Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
