Pleasure Spaces (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Assistant Manager with 2–6 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and standards.
- Advise the Department Head and management on legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on real estate laws..
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, JV agreements, construction and vendor contracts.
- Handle due diligence, title verification, conveyancing, and registration for property transactions.
- Manage legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes.
- Identify legal risks and recommend preventive solutions.
- Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and property documents.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory approvals are up to date.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
- 2–6 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property law.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Willingness to undertake both office-based and field work.
